The safety of our users is our highest priority, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that threatens the safety and well-being of minors.

1. Age Requirement

Saathiya is intended only for adults aged 18 years and above. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use any part of our services.

If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently removed without prior notice.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Saathiya:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
  • Human trafficking or child exploitation
  • Sexualization of minors in any form
  • Sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing illegal or abusive content involving children
  • Any behavior that threatens the safety of minors

Any user found engaging in these activities will be permanently banned from the platform.

3. Reporting Abuse

Users can report suspicious profiles, inappropriate messages, abusive behavior, or illegal content directly through the application's reporting features.

Every report is reviewed by our moderation team as quickly as possible.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, Saathiya may:

  • Remove illegal or inappropriate content.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
  • Restrict access to platform features.
  • Preserve evidence where legally required.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities when required by applicable laws.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Where legally required, Saathiya cooperates with local, regional, and national law enforcement agencies regarding reports involving child exploitation, child abuse, trafficking, or other criminal activities.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Saathiya, users agree that they will:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide truthful profile information.
  • Respect other users.
  • Not upload illegal, abusive, or exploitative content.
  • Immediately report any suspected child safety violations.

7. Privacy & Safety

We are committed to protecting user privacy while maintaining platform safety. Information related to child safety investigations may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect users from harm.
